| + | ## SRP Eligibility Requirements |

| + | To qualify for corporate, Alliance or coalition SRP, your loss must meet **ALL** of the following criteria: |

| + | 1. **Official Fleet:** The loss occurred during an authorized Corp, Alliance, or Coalition fleet pinged by an FC. (Solo ratting, ganks on the staging undock, and roaming without an FC are not covered). |
| + | 2. **Doctrine Compliant:** Your ship must exactly match an approved fit listed on our Fittings page. |
| + | 3. **Comms & Fleet:** You must have been in the fleet on Mumble and in the in-game fleet at the time of the loss. |
| + | 4. **Broadcasted for Reps:** If applicable, you must have broadcasted for armor/shield repairs in a timely manner. (Logi FCs pull logs—if you died because you didn't broadcast, you will not be paid). |
| + | 5. **Followed Orders:** You did not die because you burned out of anchor, jumped early, or ignored FC instructions. |

| + | ## Reasons for SRP Denial |
| + | |
| + | Your SRP request will be immediately denied for any of the following: |
| + | |
| + | * **"Close Enough" Fits:** Missing rigs, downgraded modules (e.g., Meta instead of T2), or missing ammo types. If it's not the exact doctrine fit, it gets denied. |
| + | * **Straying / Unanchoring:** Dying because you were out of position, unanchored without permission, or looted a wreck during combat. |
| + | * **Travel Losses:** Dying while moving your ship to staging outside of an official move op. (See [[Moving Assets to Staging]]). |
| + | * **Empty Pods/Implants:** We do not SRP implants unless specifically authorized for high-tier capital fleets. Ensure you are in a clean clone unless the doctrine demands otherwise. |
| + | * **Expired Timeframe:** Killmails older than **7 days** will not be processed. Submit your losses promptly. |

| + | ## How to Submit an SRP Request |

| + | We process SRP requests through our Auth system to ensure seamless payouts. |

| + | 1. Locate your killmail on **[zKillboard](https://zkillboard.com/)**. |
| + | 2. Copy the URL of your specific killmail. |
| + | 3. Log into the SRP Link Provided by the FC. |
| + | 4. Paste your zKillboard URL into the submission box. |
| + | 5. Add any required notes (e.g., "Died covering fleet retreat as ordered by [FC Name]"). |
| + | 6. Hit **Submit**. |

| + | Payouts are generally processed by the finance team within 24 to 48 hours and deposited directly into your wallet. |

| + | ## Capital & Supercapital SRP |
| + | |
| + | Capital SRP operates under different rules due to the massive ISK values involved. |
| + | * **Dreadnoughts & Carriers:** Paid out at a fixed hull/fit rate determined by current market values. |
| + | * **Supercapitals & Titans:** Must be registered with leadership beforehand. Loss payouts are determined by Coalition guidelines at the time of the loss. |
| + | * **Mandatory Fittings:** A capital lost without proper fuel, stront, or the required refits in the cargo hold will be completely denied. |
