Moving Assets to Staging

Welcome to null-sec. Getting your ships and modules safely from trade hubs (like Jita) to our deployment staging is critical. Do not attempt to manually fly slow, expensive haulers through gate camps—you will lose your assets, and it will be considered a preventable loss.

1. The Golden Rule: Buy Local When Possible

Before you move anything, check the local staging market and Corp Contracts.

  • We strive to maintain a healthy local market.
  • Many of our Fittings are available on market.
  • Buying local saves you the time, ISK, and stress of shipping it from Jita.

2. Using Coalition Jump Freighter (JF) Services

For moving personal assets, doctrine ships, or bulk modules, you should use our approved Jump Freight logistics.

How to Create a Courier Contract:

  1. Package all the items you want to move into a single station container (optional but helpful for organization).
  2. Right-click the items/container and select Create Contract.
  3. Select Courier and make it Private to: [Heavy Assets Logistics]
  4. Reward: [Insert ISK per m3 rate, e.g., 800 ISK per m3]
  5. Collateral: Set this to the exact Jita sell value of your items. (Do not skip this!)
  6. Destination: [Insert Staging Station/Citadel]
  7. Expiration / Days to Complete: Set to [e.g., 7 Days / 7 Days].

⚠️ Warning: Never put assembled ships containing rigs into a courier contract unless absolutely necessary. Repackage your ships to save m3 space and reduce your shipping costs.

3. Moving Yourself (Subcaps)

If you are moving your actual character down to staging or bringing a single subcapital ship:

  • Use an Interceptor or Covert Ops Ship: If you are just moving your pod, fly a travel-fit interceptor (nullified) or a covert ops frigate.
  • Set Your Medical Clone (Death Clone): Once you arrive in staging, immediately dock up, open the Medical Clinic facility in the station menu, and set your Home Station to the staging citadel.
  • Jump Clones: Ensure you leave a clean jump clone in Jita or your high-sec hub for easy market access later.
  • Filaments / Pochven Express: If you are experienced with Pochven filaments, this is a fast way to move subcaps. If you do not know how to do this, ask in Discord before attempting.

4. Moving Capitals and Supercapitals

Because ARQM is a strategic, doctrine-focused corporation, the movement of Capital and Supercapital assets is strictly regulated.

  • DO NOT move capitals solo.
  • Capital move-ops are pinged on Discord and led by an FC.
  • You are required to have your own emergency cyno alts ready.
  • Ensure your jump drive fuel (Isotopes) and Liquid Ozone are fully stocked before the move op begins.
  • If you miss a corp/coalition move op, you must contact leadership to arrange a secure cyno chain. Getting your dreadnought caught on a regional gate because you were impatient is unacceptable.

If you are a new recruit and this is your first time moving out to deep null-sec, ask for help in Discord. We would much rather spend 10 minutes walking you through a courier contract than see you lose your entire net worth on the Jita undock.
