# Useful Third-Party Sites

EVE Online is a game played as much outside the client as inside it. To operate efficiently within The Abyssal Requiem and our coalition fleets, you should be familiar with the following third-party tools and websites.

---

## Mapping & Intel

* **[Dotlan EveMaps](https://evemaps.dotlan.net/):** The bible of EVE geography. Use Dotlan to check system security, track recent ship/pod kills, find jump bridge ranges, and plan safe travel routes. If you are moving assets, you should have Dotlan open.
* **[zKillboard](https://zkillboard.com/):** The primary killboard for EVE Online. Used for checking hostile fits, researching enemy fleet compositions, and getting the required URLs to submit for our [[Ship Replacement Program (SRP)]]. *If it's not on zKill, it didn't happen.*
* **[Wanderer](https://eventidewh.abyssalrequiem.net/):** A mapping tool specifically designed for wormhole space. Useful if you are utilizing wormhole chains for logistics or deployments.

---

## Fitting & Skill Planning

* **[Pyfa (Python Fitting Assistant)](https://github.com/pyfa-org/Pyfa/releases):** The undisputed king of ship fitting. Download this desktop app to simulate ship fits, calculate DPS, check capacitor stability, and see exactly how a ship will perform with your character's specific skills. Use this to verify you can fly ships listed on our [[Current Doctrines & Fittings]] page before you buy them.
* **[EVEMon](https://evemondevteam.github.io/evemon/):** A desktop tool for tracking your character's skill queue and planning long-term training paths. Perfect for figuring out exactly how many days it will take to sit in a new doctrine ship.

---

## Logistics & Market

* **[Janice](https://janice.e-351.com/):** The premier market appraisal tool. We use Janice strictly for pricing all submissions to the [[Corp Buyback Program]].
* **[EVE Tycoon](https://evetycoon.com/):** An excellent tool for tracking your market orders, checking regional market data, and managing your personal industry and trade margins.

---

## Combat & Mechanics

* **[Anoik.is](http://anoik.is/):** A massive database of wormhole information. Type in a J-code (e.g., J123456) to see its statics, effects, and active factions.
* **[EVE Survival](https://eve-survival.org/):** A legacy but still highly useful wiki detailing the triggers and damage types for mission running and combat anomalies.
* **[EVE Ref](https://everef.net/):** The most up-to-date, comprehensive database for raw in-game item stats, mutaplasmid effects, and ship attributes.

> **Security Reminder:** Never enter your actual EVE Online username and password into a third-party website. Always use the official CCP "Log in with EVE Online" Single Sign-On (SSO) button.
